Scope

These terms govern the use of Maya Time, operated by Constructive Microbes S.L. By using the service you agree to them.

What Maya Time is

Maya Time is a tool for reflection based on the sacred count of the K'iche' highland tradition. The calendrical calculations are verifiable; the interpretive texts are meant as an invitation to reflect.

Not professional advice

Maya Time explicitly provides no medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and makes no predictions about future events. You make your own decisions and remain responsible for them. For health or emotional concerns, please consult qualified professionals.

Content and copyright

The interpretive content is rooted in the K'iche' highland tradition and written in our own voice; the glyphs were created in collaboration with Florian Chatellier. Content may not be reproduced or reused without consent.

Maya Plus (subscription)

Maya Plus is a paid subscription (currently €4.99 per month or €47.99 per year, incl. statutory VAT; some regions have an adjusted price). It renews automatically for the chosen term until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via the membership management in your account. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is given. We may change prices with effect for future billing periods and will announce such changes in good time beforehand.

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Reports and right of withdrawal

Reports are individual digital products delivered immediately as a PDF. As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate provision and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent before purchase. For Maya Plus, performance begins with the immediate activation you expressly request.

Account and journal

An account is optional and free; the calculator and reports also work without one. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the content you place in your journal or saved connections. The journal is a personal space for reflection, not a place for emergencies or urgent health concerns. You can export your data and delete your account at any time; we may suspend or remove accounts used unlawfully or abusively.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We give no warranty as to any particular outcome from using the reflective content offered.

Changes and applicable law

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. Spanish and EU law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
